For twenty-one years, our Technique Camp format has been one
of the most popular approaches to learning wrestling in the
country. Interested athletes (Entering grades 6th - 12th)
select three of five concentration areas. Wrestler's get four
hours of instruction in each of their chosen areas. Our philosophy
is to teach three areas in detail rather than touch
on all areas.
