Designed for the experienced varsity wrestler (8th - 12th
grade) who wants an intensified program that combines
technique instruction, drill sessions, running, strength training,
competition, and winning wrestling psychology. It also
includes Freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling and emphasizes
both physical and mental conditioning and drilling.
This group will learn the various methods of training by
experiencing them as they learn to work like a champion.
Wrestler's choosing the Advanced Training Camp should
report in good physical condition.
A TYPICAL ADVANCED TRAINING CAMP DAY INCLUDES:
· Early Morning:
